This year, AGRITECH DAY offers you an exclusive tour of the AgroTechnoPôle.

The AgroTechnoPôle is an open innovation platform supported by INRAE, bringing together players in the agricultural sector to co-develop tomorrow’s digital solutions for agro-ecology. For AGRITECH DAY, the AgroTechnoPôle team invites you to visit its reference site in Montoldre, in the Allier region (03).

Come and discover our unique, cutting-edge facilities and tools for :

Measuring the performance of soil-based equipment

The 4 large soil tanks are distinguished by their controlled clay content, to a depth of 40 cm. These installations enable us to assess the performance of tires, tracks and drive chains, as well as to analyze the complex interactions between machines and soil.

Evaluating alternative weed control solutions

The research and test bench is used to test and develop high-performance alternative weed control systems. It artificially reproduces weeds and plants of interest. In addition, it accurately measures the action of the weed control system on the plants.

Real-life testing of robotized machines and solutions

Dedicated and secure agricultural plots, off-road areas and test tracks are excellent grounds for developing and evaluating machine performance. Accompanied by state-of-the-art instrumentation and equipment, these resources enable precise and extensive characterization of the behavior of driven or autonomous machines.

The development of robotic systems and applications

A digital twins workshop creates virtual models of the equipment under test. This virtual development tool speeds up design and increases system reliability by multiplying tests. In the future, it will provide exhaustive access to the characteristics of real machines operating in the field.

Measuring seeding quality

the test bench makes it possible to evaluate seeder performance for different configurations and settings, model seed behavior and design machines to meet the challenges of seeding for agro-ecology.

Other surprises

our new test tracks, our technical resources and our reference test beds for spreading CEMIB mineral fertilizers and CEMOB organic fertilizers.
