Call for Papers 2025
International conference of technologies and solutions
for efficient and sustainable agriculture
The 8th AGRITECH DAY by AXEMA will take place at the Casino de Royat, close to Clermont-Ferrand, on October 15, 2025.
The call for papers will open on February 17th. You can submit your abstract to be part of the conference’s speaker lineup until April 30, 2025 to info.conference@axema.fr
Conference themes and topics
The call for papers is open to all topics related to the innovation of machines and systems for sustainable agriculture by agricultural and non-agricultural specialists:
- Digital agriculture
- Robotics and autonomous machines
- Machinery management, telematics
- Data management, algorithms and software
- User friendly or automatic adjustments
- Advanced agronomic models
- New decision support tools (DST)
- Simulation, Calculation and Test
- Methods for design and development of machinery
- Communication and interaction of systems and machinery
- Implementation and efficiency of sensors
- Monitoring for machinery use impacts on the environment
- Innovations in tractors, self-propelled, machinery and engines
- Machinery output rate, efficiency and work quality
- Transmissions and drive lines (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical….)
- Grain harvesting and storage
- Crop husbandry (soil working, seeding, fertilising, spraying…)
- Livestock machinery and production systems
You are invited to submit your abstract for an oral presentation ( 20min + 10 min discussion), to be part of the 8th International conference of technologies and solutions for efficient and sustainable agriculture.
STEP 1
Mailing Abstracts before April 30, 2025
The abstract shall contain:
- Title of the presentation
- Author(s)
- Keywords
- Summary in English with a word limit of 1000

STEP 2
Evaluation and selection of abstracts by the Scientific & Technical Committee
The scientific Committee evaluates your abstract according to following criteria :
- Innovation
- Interest and relevance to current or near market needs
- Scientific quality and content
- Interest and relevance to Agricultural Engineering
WARNING: that selected authors for oral presentations are required to submit their full papers (maximum 10 pages including figures, tables and references) before September 10, 2025 to be part of the event speaker lineup.
