Committee’s missions
The AGRITECH DAY Scientific and Technical Committee is made up of twenty one experts from industry, education and research whose mission is to assess the quality and relevance of the papers proposed by the speakers.
Drawing on their expertise and scientific culture, the committee members actively contribute to the development of the AGRITECH DAY program.

The Committee Chairman
Stéphane LAMPERIERE holds an engineering degree in mechanical and production engineering from ENIM. After 4 years’ experience in earthmover development, he joined the AGCO group as a transmission engineer, where he developed the first range of Massey Ferguson continuously variable tractors. He then defined the vehicle architectures and managed the projects for the various tractor ranges.
From 2013, he held the position of Platform Director and launched AGCO’s first common platform with the MF8S and Valtra Q ranges. Since 2021, with 30 years’ experience behind him, he has held the position of Deputy Engineering Director, in charge of the R&D department’s support teams.
As part of the “ECOSYSTEM” pillar of Massey Ferguson’s growth plan, he manages local technology partnerships and tractor decarbonization activities.
